We are looking for
We are looking for Registered Nurses who have experience in delivering healthcare in the patient’s home. Your primary duty as a “visit nurse” is seeing and treating patients in their homes just like you would if you were at a hospital.
This job is a part of a 3-year training program for nurses to become a fully registered nurse in Germany and be able to continue work in local healthcare facilities like hospitals, nursing homes or outpatient care.
Outpatient care services are very important, as almost 80% of elder people in Germany require care in their own home. This is an opportunity for nurses to move into a growing healthcare sector, allowing them to deliver personalized, one-to-one care and gain more experience. You must be willing to look after both genders, preferably with palliative, elderly and handicapped care experience.
Your profile
MUST HAVES
Qualifications- Registered nurse with BSc in Nursing or Diploma 4
- Experience with elderly people and intensive care
- Preferably 2+ years, but candidates with NO experience will also be considered
- German - B1 minimum
- Must have a driving licence
NICE TO HAVES
- Are ready to commit, move to work and professionally grow in Germany
- Have confidence in your skills and actions
- Handle stressful situations well and remain professional at all times
- Have adequate professional knowledge of aspects of this job and you can apply it accordingly (including end-of-life discussions, post-mortem care etc.)
- Have sufficient soft skills that apply to elderly care
- Treat your patients with decency and respect at all times
- Have more than sufficient motivation and intercultural competences to integrate in Germany successfully
- Have driving experience in Europe

- After a four weeks seminar (for LK1 + LK2) at the Employer's expense, they earn 2.600€
- Then after the recognition (Anerkennung) has been completed, the nurse will earn 3.200€
- Additional pay for working at night, on sunday and on Public Holidays
